These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and REAL TIME FACILITIES PTY LTD, trading as Realtime Facilities (the “Company”). Realtime Facilities provides commercial cleaning and facility management services including:

• Regular cleaning of offices and owners corporation common areas
• Window cleaning
• Pressure washing
• Commercial kitchen deep cleaning
• Vinyl floor scrubbing
• High dusting and ceiling light cleaning
• Carpark and kerb line marking

2. Pricing and Payment

All pricing is in Australian Dollars (AUD). Payment terms are as specified in your service agreement or invoice. Late payment may incur interest charges in accordance with applicable legislation.

3. Service Standards

The Company commits to:

• Carrying out the work described in the written scope agreed with you
• Maintaining professional and courteous conduct
• Complying with applicable work health and safety laws

4. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

• Provide accurate information about the service location and requirements
• Ensure safe access to the premises during agreed times
• Remove or protect valuable items before service
• Notify the Company of any hazardous materials or special conditions
• Pay invoices in accordance with agreed terms

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancellation and rescheduling terms are stated in your quote or service agreement and agreed with you before booking.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect damages, damage to pre-existing conditions, or damage caused by client negligence.

The Company's total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

7. Insurance

Any insurance or certificate requirements for a job will be confirmed in writing before work starts.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website is the property of Realtime Facilities or used with permission. You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit any content without express written permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Victoria.
