Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Realtime Facilities Pty Ltd. By using realtimefacilities.com.au and our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this service.

1. Services Description

Realtime Facilities provides commercial cleaning and facility management services including:

• Office and commercial cleaning
• Aged care and medical facility cleaning
• Strata and common area maintenance
• Carpet steam cleaning
• Pressure washing and window cleaning
• End of lease cleaning

2. Pricing and Payment

All pricing is in Australian Dollars (AUD). Payment terms are as specified in your service agreement or invoice. Late payment may incur interest charges in accordance with applicable legislation.

3. Service Standards

The Company commits to:

• Providing services with the same trained team for consistency
• Delivering documented scope of work
• Providing a photo report after each service
• Maintaining professional and courteous conduct
• Compliance with health and safety regulations

All staff are police-checked and public liability insured.

4. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

• Provide accurate information about the service location and requirements
• Ensure safe access to the premises during agreed times
• Remove or protect valuable items before service
• Notify the Company of any hazardous materials or special conditions
• Pay invoices in accordance with agreed terms

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Clients may cancel or reschedule services with at least 48 hours notice without penalty. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect damages, damage to pre-existing conditions, or damage caused by client negligence.

The Company's total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

7. Insurance

The Company maintains public liability insurance and Workers Compensation insurance as required by law. Certificates of currency are available upon request.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website is the property of Realtime Facilities or used with permission. You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit any content without express written permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Victoria.
